10:02 a.m. A male was observed pushing his girlfriend during an argument. An investigation is ongoing.
Wednesday, Sept. 28
Luca Asdente, 22, was arrested after knowingly entering another student's dorm room under false pretenses. When police arrived Asdente fled the scene and ran through an alarmed door, was apprehended and issued an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct.
Thursday, Sept. 29
1:22 p.m. A student was made uncomfortable by a suspicious male. A report was filed.
Friday, Sept. 30
11:10 a.m. A verbally abusive person was reported in Thompson Hall. A report was filed.
Monday, Sept. 3
10:00 a.m. A student reported receiving harassing phone calls. An investigation is ongoing.
Fredonia
Friday, Sept. 30
1:57 a.m. Deanna Wage, 20, was stopped along Old Main Dr. for driving with an expired registration. Upon further investigation Wage's car had not been insured since November 2010. She was issued tickets for suspended registration and operating a vehicle without insurance.
10:15 p.m. Brittany A. Hannah, 22, was observed leaving a party at 33 White St. with a red 16 ounce beer cup in her hand. When asked to stop she refused, drank the beer and threw the empty cup on the ground as she walked away. She was issued appearance tickets for littering and open container.
Saturday, Oct. 1
12:00 a.m. Police responded to a noise complaint at 125-127 Temple St. When they arrived loud music and yelling could be heard from 100 feet away. Over 30 people were found inside. Tenants Ryan P. Smith, 21, and Tyler R. Waterbury, 20, were issued appearance tickets for violating village noise ordinances.
12:15 a.m. Valerie M. Musson, 18, was observed sitting on the sidewalk along Water St. with a bong next to her. When questioned by police she admitted that the bong was hers and told police that she also had marijuana and two pipes in her purse. Musson was issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana.
Sunday, Oct. 2
1:14 a.m. Shakira M. Mayne, 22, was observed shouting obscenities outside of Valentines Place. Bouncers told police Mayne had been causing problems inside the bar and had to be removed. She continued shouting while police were on the scene and was given an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct.
