Monday, Oct. 4

3:29 a.m. A vehicle was parked illegally in the tow-away zone of lot 23. The vechicle was towed.

Friday, Oct. 8

9:55 a.m. A wallet was found in Hemingway Hall.

11:27 a.m. A license plate on a car in lot 23 was damaged. An investigation is on-going.

Fredonia

Thursday, Oct. 7

12:39 a.m. Officers responded to a call about a loud party at 29 White St. Stephany K. Zambito, 20, and Kaitlyn Fassl, 19, were issued appearance tickets for disorderly conduct. After refusing to cooperate with officers, Brigit E. May, 20, was arrested and given appearance tickets for disorderly conduct. George N. Pattison, 20, was observed holding an open beer can. He was issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of alcohol.

1:51 a.m. Officers responded to a call about a fight outside Old Main on Water Street. Shawn K. Odell, 21, had been struck by Jacob S. Vail, 21, who was found across the street at Club 35. When Odell was asked to identify Vail as the person who struck him, Odell began shoving through the crowd and sprinting toward Vail in an attempt to get to him. Odell repeatedly ignored officers attempts to stop, and officers proceeded to taser him. He was then transported to the Fredonia Police Department and was given appearance tickets for obstructing a government administration.
