Fredonia

At 7:32 p.m. on Mar. 25, Joseph P. Thompson, 17, was stopped on Temple Street because his car's bass could be heard from at least 100 feet away. He was issued an appearance ticket.

At 2:23 a.m. on Mar. 26, Michael P. Nelson, 25, was seen driving over the white fog line and onto the shoulder of the road on Water Street. When stopped, he was given a field sobriety test and failed. He was arrested for DWI.

At 12:04 a.m. on Mar. 27, Cory A. Paine, 20, was observed with a red plastic cup while walking on Temple Street. Upon further investigation, it was found that the cup contained beer. He was arrested for violation of open container laws and unlawful possession of alcohol.

At 12:20 a.m. on Mar. 27, Caitlin Welc, 20, was observed putting a beer can on the ground and then walking away from it. She was charged with littering.

At 12:47 a.m. on Mar. 27, officers observed Thoman Carroll, 18, and Robert J. Grande, 19, drinking beer inside Sunny's Bar. Both were issued appearance tickets.

At 1:19 a.m. on Mar. 27, Daniel F. Guziec, 20, was observed urinating on the front door of Larson Timko Funeral Home at Central and Temple Street. He was charged with violation of sewer ordinances and given an appearance ticket.

At 2:28 a.m. on Mar. 27, Michele C. Ebert, 21, was seen crossing the double yellow line on East Main Street several times. She was given a field sobriety test and failed and was arrested for DWI.

At 2:35 a.m. on Mar. 27, officers observed Charles P. Cuccia, 28, urinating by M&T Bank at the intersection of Main Street and Water Street. He was charged with violation of sewer ordinances and issued an appearance ticket.

At 2:47 a.m. on Mar. 27, officers observed Brittnay N. Crawley, 21, yelling obscenities in front of bystanders waiting to order food inside Kolassa's Pizzeria on Water Street. She was arrested for disorderly conduct and issued an appearance ticket.

University

At 3:30 p.m. on Mar. 24, an iPod was found in Rosch Recital Hall.

At 12:00 p.m. on March 25, an FSA employee was arrested for making false allegations against another employee.
