At 2:30 a.m. on April 4, Brian Santiago Montanez, 21, was observed throwing a cell phone at a window of Heenan's Bar and then pulling up his hood and running from the area. Officers detained him and found him to be in possession of cocaine. He was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and was held on $250 bail.

At 12:15 a.m. on April 10, Brittany Calhhoun, 19, was observed throwing a water bottle on the sidewalk in front of Sunny’s. The bottle was found to contain vodka and she was issued appearance tickets for unlawful possession of alcohol and littering.

University

At 3:00 p.m. on April 4, a parked vehicle was reported damaged in lot 26. An investigation is ongoing.

At 5:30 p.m. on April 4, a parked vehicle was reported damaged in lot 19A. An investigation is ongoing.

At 9:18 p.m. on April 6, two males reported that they had clothing stolen from the Natatorium locker room. An arrest is pending.

At 9:33 a.m. on April 9, a vehicle was hit in lot 8. The suspect was identified and charged with leaving the scene of an accident.

At 6: 05 p.m. on April 9, a vehicle was hit in lot 7. An investigation is ongoing.
