Police Blotters 4/21

Fredonia

At 2:40 a.m. on April 11, Ethan Lecuyer, 20, and Conner Holly, 22, were observed fighting on Water Street next to Old Main. Both were given appearance for disorderly conduct.

At 1:38 a.m. on April 15, John Triftshauser, 20, was observed holding a bottle of beer in front of Sunny's on Water Street. He was issued an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws and unlawful possession of alcohol.

At 3:58 p.m. on April 16, Jessica D. Hanson, 23, and Montica J. Linger, 23, were observed attempting to steal apparel from Walmart. Both were arrested for shoplifting.

At 1:17 a.m. on April 17, Richard D. Girdlestone, 20, was observed throwing what appeared to be a blunt on the ground. It was later confirmed to be marijuana. He was also found to be in possession of a small baggie of marijuana. He was given an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana.

University

At 12:50 p.m. on April 12, a student reported being harassed by another student. An arrest is pending.

At 12:00 a.m. on April 13, unauthorized flyers were posted on trees on Old Main Drive. An investigation is on-going.

At 10:57 a.m. on April 16, a car hit another car in lot 11 and left the scene. An arrest was made.
