At 11:52 p.m. on April 21, officers received a complaint of loud music coming from an apartment on Brigham Road. Shakira M. Mayne, 20, Sarah M. Klos, 19, and Kristen M. Halia, 19 were given appearance tickets for violation of noise ordinances.
At 11:44 p.m. on April 23, Michal T. Beckwith, 20, was observed sitting in a parked car that was facing the wrong direction on Canadaway Street. Officers approached the car and observed a plastic bag containing several beer cans. He was given an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of alcohol.
At 12:00 a.m. on April 24, Elizabeth L. Goretti, 18, was observed walking on Brigham Road with a red plastic cup containing beer. She was arrested for violation of open container laws and unlawful possession of alcohol and released with an appearance ticket.
At 1:45 p.m. on April 24, Marcy J. Fisk, 49, and Angela D. Fisk, 24, were observed by a Walmart loss prevention employee attempting to steal photos. Both were arrested for petit larceny.
At 11:50 p.m. on April 24, Jeffrey R. Martin, 20, and Michael T. Callaghan, 20, were observed fighting on East Main Street. Both were arrested for disorderly conduct. Callaghan posted $100 bail and Martin was given an appearance ticket.
University
At 12:18 a.m. on April 19, residents were observed throwing objects against the exterior walls of Grissom Hall causing a mess. Warnings were given.
At 8:15 a.m. on April 20, a stairwell handrail was broken. An investigation is on going.
At 10:00 a.m. on April 20, a laptop and other personal items were stolen from the Williams Center. An investigation is ongoing.
At 10:45 a.m. on April 20, the glass case of a fire extinguisher was broken. An investigation is ongoing.
At 10:00 a.m. on April 22, items were stolen from a men’s bathroom in Gregory Hall. An arrest was made.
At 6:40 p.m. on April 22, a student reported being harassed by suitemates. No report was filed.
