At 9:45 p.m. on April 30, Michael J. Ziemer, 22, and Megan E. Lankes, 32, were observed walking on Central Ave. holding open cans of beer. Both were given appearance tickets for violation of open container laws.

At 9:51 p.m. on April 30, Hugh Roszel, 22, was observed urinating near West Main St. and Forest St. He was given an appearance ticket for violation of sewer ordinances.

At 10:06 p.m. on April 30, Alles Leah, 22, was observed holding an open beer can near the M&T Bank drive in. He was given an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws.

At 10:32 p.m. on April 30, William Secton, 20, was observed walking on Chestnut St. holding an open beer can. He was given an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws.

At 12:43 a.m. on May 1, Dane Johnson, 20, was observed removing a traffic cone from the scene of a fire on East Main St. and depositing it near Eagle St. He was given an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct.

At 12:51 a.m. on May 1, Grady D. Gorman, 21, was observed obstructing traffic by doing pushups in the middle of Water St. He was given an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct.

At 1:31 a.m. on May 1, John P. Oliva, 24, was observed urinating on the side of the Ellicottville Brewing Company building. He was given a ticket for violation of sewer ordinances.

At 1:41 a.m. on May 1, Paul M. Kuznik, 20, fought the staff that was trying to remove him from Old Main. He then shoved an officer and was placed under arrest. He then tried to fight off the four officers putting him into custody. He was held on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

At 3:15 p.m. on May 1, David Sifkarovski, 19, was observed walking through the East lot with an open beer can. He was given an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws and unlawful possession of alcohol.

At 4:16 p.m. on May 1, Ryan T. Laird [no age provided] was observed holding an open beer can on Water St. He was given an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws.

At 5:06 p.m. on May 1, Matthew D. Levinger, 21, was observed walking on Lambert St. with an open can of beer and a red cup which contained beer. He was given an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws.

At 5:15 p.m. on May 1, Dennis W. Gane Jr., 22, was observed walking on Central Ave. with an open can of beer. He was given an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws.

At 5:17 on May 1, Alexander Carver, 21, was observed walking on Central Ave. with an open can of beer. He was given an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws.

At 6:02 p.m. on May 1, Alex McQuire, 20, was observed holding an open beer can on Church St. He was given an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws.

At 6:39 p.m. on May 1, James Gill, 19, was observed holding an open can of beer in front of the police station. He was given appearance tickets for violation of open container laws and for unlawful possession of alcohol.

At 8:08 p.m. on May 1, Chelsea Finsterwalder, 21, was observed drinking a beer in a parked car on Terrace Place. She was given an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws.

At 8:13 p.m. on May 1, Melissa Parezo, 21, was observed holding an open beer on Terrace PL. She was given an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws.

At 8:18 on May 1, Zachary Abraham, 20, was observed holding an open bottle of beer on Center St. He was arrested for unlawful possession of alcohol and violation of open container laws.

At 8:41 p.m. on May 1, Ryan M. Galuseka, 22, was observed throwing a chair into the road on White St. He was given an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct.

At 8:55 p.m. on May 1, James L. Krieger, 23, was observed walking down White St. with an open container of alcohol. He was told repeatedly to stay off the sidewalk and the road. He was arrested for violation of open container laws and was released with an appearance ticket.

At 9:49 p.m. on May 1, Gina M. Laring, 19, and Sara E. Lawson, 18, were observed walking on Temple St. with open beer cans. Both were arrested and released on appearance tickets for violation of open container laws and unlawful possession of alcohol.

At 10:13, Thomas M. Dolan [no age given] was observed walking next to the East Side Grill with an open container of wine. He was issued an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws.

At 11:34 p.m. on May 1, Bryan Benson, 21, was observed holding an open beer bottle on East Main St. He was given an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws.

At 11:43 p.m. on May 1, John Thriftsauser, 19, was observed throwing an open beer can on the ground. He was given appearance tickets for violation of open container laws, littering and unlawful possession of alcohol.

University

At 4:48 a.m. on April 25, an intoxicated student was removed from Hendrix Hall. A report was filed.

At 8:25 a.m. on April 26, a student became ill and passed out in class inside Thompson Hall. First aid was given on scene and a report was filed.

At 9:45 a.m. on April 30, a student was witnessed drawing graffiti on a sidewalk near Alumni Hall. A warning was given and the student washed the sidewalk.

At 9:50 a.m. on April 30, a student threatened another student inside Disney Hall. An arrest was made.

At 5:15 p.m. on May 1, a student was witnessed on camera drinking beer in public. The student ran when confronted by University police officers.
