Sunday, Aug. 22

3:23 a.m. Three male students were found to be in possession of marijuana. Arrests were completed.

4:28 a.m. Two students were found to be in possession of marijuana. Arrests were completed.

12:00 p.m. A bike was stolen from the Eisenhower bike rack. An investigation is on-going.

Monday, Aug. 23

7:52 p.m. A backpack was stolen from the Williams Center. An investigation is on-going.

10:15 p.m. A car was vandalized in lot 21. An investigation is on-going.

Saturday, Aug. 28

1:18 a.m. A male, 19, was observed walking on Temple St with and open container of beer. An arrest was completed.

Fredonia

Tuesday, Aug. 24

1:45 a.m. Eric J. Felgemacher, 18, was observed intentionally knocking over a garbage can, spilling trash onto Temple St. He was issued an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct.

Friday, Aug. 27

11:27 p.m. Jillian M. Berowski, 19, was observed holding a plastic bottle containing alcohol. She was issued appearance tickets for violation of open container laws and unlawful possession of alcohol.

10:21 p.m. Jason A. Simmons, 29, was observed walking on Temple St. with an open can of beer. He then was observed throwing the can on the ground. He was issued appearance tickets for violation of open container laws and littering.

Saturday, Aug. 28

12:00 a.m. Sean P. Adymy, 19, was observed standing on the sidewalk on Forest Pl. holding a plastic cup containing beer. He was then observed throwing the cup on the ground. He was arrested for violation of open container laws, unlawful possession of alcohol and littering.

12:01 a.m. William D. Kay, 18, was observed holding an open can of beer in front of Sunny's Bar. As officers approached, he dropped the can on the sidewalk. He was issued appearance tickets for violation of open container laws, unlawful possession of alcohol, and littering.

    

12:04 a.m. Matthew R. Mungouan, 21, and John V. Pape, 21, were observed walking on Center St. carrying plastic cups containing beer. Both were issued appearance tickets for violation of open container laws.

12:29 a.m. Samantha A. Salanda, 21, was observed holding a water bottle containing alcohol in front of 7 Temple St. She was then observed throwing the bottle on the ground. She was issued an appearance ticket for violation of open container laws and littering.

    

12:44 a.m. Richard J. Parenti, 20, was observed throwing an open container of beer on the ground on Temple St. He was issued appearance tickets for violation of open container laws, unlawful possession of alcohol and littering.

12:46 a.m. Rachel A. Cimerman, 18, was observed sitting on the trunk of a car behind Kolassa's Pizzaria holding a Marijuana pipe and a plastic bottle containing Marijuana. She was issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of Marijuana.

1:28 a.m. Theodore W. Halpin, 19, was observed walking on Temple St. with an open container of beer. He was then observed throwing it on the ground. He was issued appearance tickets for violation of open container laws, littering and unlawful possession of alcohol.

    

2:01 a.m. Nicholas A. Polvino, 20, was observed pushing an unknown subject. As he was being placed under arrest for disorderly conduct, George W. Lunney V, 20, was observed yelling and swearing at other unknown subjects and was also placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.
