Sunday, Aug. 30

10:00 a.m. items were stolen from an RA office in Shultz Hall. An investigation is on-going.

12:19 p.m. A vehicle was damaged in lot 26. An investigation is on-going.

1:59 p.m. A hand truck was stolen from the Fredonia warehouse. The property was found and return and a report was filed.

6:30 p.m. A student was harassed by a subject in Hemingway Hall. An investigation is on-going.

Monday, Aug. 31

5:30 p.m. A subject was not allowed to exit a vehicle and cited an unlawful imprisonment.  An investigation is on-going.

Thursday, Aug. 2

6:54 a.m. A fire alarm was activated in the Nixon dorm. An investigation found no cause and a report was filed.

1:41 p.m. There was a hit and run accident after an unknown vehicle hit a parked car in lot 19. Camera footage of the lot was looked at and the investigation remains on-going.

Friday, Aug. 3

11:50 a.m. Change was stolen from a center console in a parked car inside lot 9C. An investigation is on-going.

Saturday, Aug. 4

1:28 a.m. A fire alarm was activated inside a Disney dorm room. Nothing was found and a report was filed.

Sunday, Aug. 29

2:35 a.m. officers responded to a call about a fight on Temple St. Upon investigation, officers arrested James Henry Joyce, 19, and Kyle R. Robinson, 19, for disorderly conduct.

Thursday, Sept. 2

2:05 a.m. Jonathan Trifthauser, 19, was observed throwing a bike to the ground on Water St. Upon further investigation, it was found that the bike was not his and that he was highly intoxicated. He was arrested due to the intoxication and was held on $500 bail.

Saturday, Sept. 4

12:42 a.m. Tyler Williams, 19, was observed urinating on the ground near the Fredonia Food Mart. He was issued an appearance ticket for violation of sewer ordinances.

2:18 a.m. Blake Ihrig, 20, was observed yelling and shoving another individual and refused to stop after verbal commands given by officers. He was issued an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct.
